We also offer flexible payment plans, allowing you to pay as little or as much as you want up until two weeks prior to your wedding date. To secure your booking, we require a $400+ deposit. Deposit also depends on location and packages

  • Must be around 100 miles near charleston WV  (roughly about an hour and a half or less away) Or be willing to pay extra traveling fees. 

I've yet to do a video with the simple package but it would be something like this but shorter and with no voiceovers or sound effects.

Feature Film Package

The "Feature Film Package" closely resembles the "Never Miss a Moment Package" but includes additional content and more candid moments. Since this is a new offering, I don’t have a sample available yet. Feel free to reach out if you’d like more details—I’d be happy to explain!

Content creator package

A content creator package is an addon that you can get where  we make a one minute trailer of your entire wedding day for you to share on Instagram, Facebook reels/Stories YouTube shorts and tik-tok.
 

 What we do is take our cell phone captured little small Clips throughout your wedding day and put them together into one one minute video file here is an example of a one minute trailer.

Documentary/Theme packages

It's difficult to provide a fixed price without discussing the project in detail. The cost could range from $2500 to $4,000+ depending on various factors. Let's schedule a phone call to discuss the specifics.

Photography  packages 

 these photography packages do have simple video add-ons basically it would be a Pro video camera on a tripod filming. Will be simple raw videos. 
 

 all packages come with

  • up to 500+ images (we take alot of pictures we don't count them and normally we give alot more then 500 images but this also depends on the wedding) 

  • a online gallery with process photos for viewing sharing and printing

  • Digital download delivery.

Price is mostly depends on location we are based out of Dunbar near Charleston West Virginia. With this addon you will get the Platinum package (Our best package)

Our DJ Style 
We offer simple DJ Services.  We do announcements, we do our best to "read the room," and help move the event along without inserting too much our own personality.  
We let the customer come up with their own playlist or we use our own.

This will be our Full DJ package it comes with

  • Lights,

  • speakers

  • Latop

  •  Subwoofer for that extra Bass.

  • Work with client to come up with a specialized playlist for the reception.

  • Work with client to come up with  a schedule for all the activities.

  • Ceremony coverage is included

Breakdown of each package

 

Simple Package. This package you will get : 1 video
1. Wedding film, 3 to 5mins
4hrs of coverage
No drone footage One mic for the Officient
Must be within 100 miles near charleston WV  (roughly about an hour and a half away)

This will also have a different filming Style it will be all handheld, speeches will not be mic'd up. Depending how your schedule go on your wedding day can depend on how we can do your wedding most of the time with this package we can be there an hour before you ceremony get a couple of quick shots of the prep set up for the ceremony get some shots of the photo sessions after the ceremony and be able to at least get the first dance in.
Drone footage
I have plenty of stock Drone footage that I can use for your wedding film. Or if I've been at the venue before and filmed some footage of that venue I may use that. But on the day of your wedding I will not be flying my drone
 

 

Pro Package. This package you will get : 1 video
1. Wedding film, 
the film will up to 6 mins or more and I will be there for 6 hrs coverage.
if you need us to stay longer we can for an extra fee.
This package does not come with a full ceremony or any behind the scenes. wedding film only

 

Pro Plus Package This package will get 2 video's
1.  Wedding film, ( 8 to 12 mins)
2. Full Ceremony film. 
We will have one camera on the videographer and one or two cameras on the tripod,  It's also depends on the ceremony area or weather conditions, if there is no room to put a camera on a tripod there will be no other cameras used
3. up to 8 hrs coverage, if you need us to stay longer we can for an extra fee.
This package does not come with a behind the scenes video

It is the same as the Pro Plus Package except you will get a full clip of the speeches and your first dance from a tripod view.

Never Miss a Moment Package.  This package includes everything you need to capture all the special moments of your big day. It includes: 3 videos
1.  4K Wedding film, 8 to 12 mins
2.  4K Full Ceremony film 
3.  Behind the Scenes (BTS) 4k video. 
The BTS video captures full video clips of the special events that happened during your wedding day. From the prep to the reception. 

  up to 8 hrs of coverage.  if you need us to stay longer we can for an extra fee.
4. There is more effort in the filming and editing process on this package.
During the filming process we  we do more unique posing during the photo sessions. During the editing process there is more Ambient sound & better music choices.


Also with the Never Miss a Moment paclakage

All of the dances, speeches, and games , maybe be edited if need to look more professional to the best of our abilities, depending wedding location/venue, space and other factors.
