Packages starting at $999

With Eye Lens Visuals, you can build your own package. We start with our Base Service, and you can customize by adding features to fit your celebration.

Base Services:

• Professional sound system with subwoofer for powerful bass

• Gig Bar lighting system with color-changing effects for your dance floor

• Personalized reception playlist planning with the client

• Assistance in creating a detailed activity timeline

• Wireless microphone for speeches and toasts

• 4 hrs of coverage

 

➕ Add-Ons

• Ceremony Coverage – $200

• Ceremony Microphone – $75

• Room Uplighting – $100

• Ceremony Rehearsal – Starting at $250

• Telephone Audiobook (guest audio messages) – +$150

Some add-ons may not be available depending on location or venue restrictions.

 

🚗 Travel & Venue Fees

• Travel Fees: Apply to events located more than 30 miles from our home office in Dunbar, WV.

• Stairs/Elevator Fees: If your venue is not on the ground floor and requires stairs or elevator access, an additional $150–$300 will be required to cover extra staffing for equipment setup (varies by floor and equipment load).

We proudly offer a 5% discount for active military with valid identification.

If you’d like to include professional DJ services with your wedding videography/photography  package, pricing starts at $800 plus travel start with our Base Services.
